WINTER Refrigeration is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Package Design) to
join our team
in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:
Mechanical skid package design using software, such as AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Solid Works to prepare 3D models and drawings. Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and requirements in materials. Drafting and reviewing engineering documents (P&, PFD, Fabrication/Shop Drawings, etc.). Reviewing Project Specifications. Generate/Compile Bill of Materials (BOM).
Communication
with the production department to provide required drawings based on the project schedule. As-built drawings of completed projects.
Perform other design duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. Work experience of 1-2 years in mechanical design and related AutoCAD drafting. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Solid Works, etc.) and other engineering tools. Willing to develop/extend skills with new challenges. Being attentive and having a sharp eye on the details. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Experience/knowledge in drafting in the field of Refrigeration / HVAC / MEP is advantageous.
