Key Responsibilities:
1- Have the capability to Develop mechanical designs from concept to detailed (IFC) stages.
2- Lead mechanical design, overseeing calculations, specifications, and compliance with regional, international standards and codes.
3- Perform load calculations and system sizing and support BOQ/specification development.
4- Develop the project technical reports.
5- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Have a strong experience in mechanical design work for different building types including commercial and health care facilities.
3. Have a strong experience in mechanical design work for pumping stations and treatment plants.
4. Must be aware about the international design codes, standard and regulations.
5. Have a strong knowledge of design software such HAP, ELITE … etc.
6. AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM strong knowledge is a must.
7. Excellent writing skills and proficiency with technical reports.
8. Good interpersonal skills.
