REAL ESTATE PROJECT HEAD
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Project Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development and project management, with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects from concept to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis to evaluate project viability.
Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and progress reports to senior management.
Oversee the permitting and regulatory approval process for all projects.
Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for project sales and leasing.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and neighbors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development and project management.
Experience in off plan, secondary and rentals.
Proficient in lead generation and closing deals.
Strong understanding of real estate finance, entitlements, and zoning regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed for project site visits and meetings.
This position reports directly to the CEO and General Partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
