What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment (Gulf hiring preferred)
Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills
Client & Candidate Management: Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
Sourcing Expertise: Strong headhunting skills across various platforms
Visa Status: Must have own/sponsored visa (Company visa NOT provided)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: From sourcing to onboarding candidates
International Hiring: Special focus on Gulf region placements
Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to meet hiring needs
Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth hiring process
