Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telemarketer who is fluent in Arabic and has at least 2 years of experience in outbound calling. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the team. The ideal candidate will be organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in both sales and administrative capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services and generate leads.
Qualify leads, address customer inquiries, and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling emails, and maintaining customer databases.
Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and execution of leads.
Help with other office tasks as needed, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining company records.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong administrative skills and experience with office tools like MS Office or Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
