Mechanical Design BIM Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Ain Consulting Engineers
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Mechanical Design for all mechanical services such as HVAC, Plumbing, Natural Gas, LPG, and Firefighting.
Provide mechanical calculations for all mechanical systems complying with local authorities’ requirements and latest codes and standards, using calculation softwares such as HAP.
Provide Tender documents such as Specifications & BOQ.
Managing a team of draftsmen
Coordinate with other specializations in the engineering Section to ensure compatibility of all works.
Provide Energy model for projects.
Cross-review mechanical design produced by fellow engineers as a part of the Quality Process.
Review the mechanical drawings produced by the drafting team.
Involve Estidama requirements in the design.
Supervision of current project as site support.
Prepare the ADM submission for approval.
Prepare civil defense submission for approval.
Prepare the 3D Revit Modelling and supervise the BIM modelers.
Quantity survey and preparing of mechanical works bill of quantities.
Perform other tasks given by the superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
With a Minimum 3 – 6 Years of Experience
Must have BIM/Revit Skills
Minimum 3 Years of Experience in UAE
Abu Dhabi experience ( Preffered)
