Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling maintenance services in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of property owners, facility managers, real estate developers, and businesses requiring reliable MEP, HVAC, and general maintenance solutions. This role requires expertise in B2B and B2C sales, lead generation, and closing long-term service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients, including property owners, real estate firms, facility management companies, hotels, and businesses requiring maintenance services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote annual maintenance contracts (AMC), reactive maintenance, and specialized repair services.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase service offerings.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contract agreements tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
3-5 years of sales experience in maintenance services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general repairs) in Dubai.
Strong network and connections with facility managers, property owners, and real estate developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored maintenance solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
