We are looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to manage and coordinate warehouse, inventory, and material handling activities within the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and transporting materials while ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinatereceiving, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
- Monitormaterial movement and update records in Oracle/SAP or equivalentsystems .
- Preparematerial receiving reports, issue notes, stock reports, and other warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, project, and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure materials are stored, handled, and transported safely and correctly.
- Supporthandling and transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Carryout regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging, and traceability of materials.
- Coordinatelifting, rigging, and slinging activities related to material movementwhere required.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook .
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry inwarehousing, store management, material coordination, or equivalent.
- Minimumqualification:
Higher Secondary / Diploma or equivalent . - Fluentin English , both spoken and written.
- Must possess a valid Rigging and Slinging Certificate .
- Advanced computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook .
- Knowledge of handling and transporting Dangerous Goods .
- Good understanding of warehouse, inventory, and supply chain managementconcepts .
