Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Mechanic to lead and oversee all mechanical operations within our auto repair garage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex vehicle issues, supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining efficient workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform major repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems
- Supervise and guide junior mechanics and technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and safety regulations
- Plan and allocate jobs to workshop staff based on priority and skill level
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of workshop tools and equipment
- Coordinate with service advisors on job requirements, timelines, and customer updates
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and service reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Identify training needs and support continuous skill development of the team
- Assist in troubleshooting repeat issues and implementing long-term solutions

Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles (Japanese, European, American preferred)
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and systems
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills

- Technical certification or diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
- Experience with workshop management systems (e.g., Garage Management Software)
- UAE/GCC experience is a plus
