Job Description: Master Cutter
DASHA FASHION — a premium couture fashion brand based in Dubai — is looking for a skilled Master Cutter to join our growing production team.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret designs, sketches, samples, and reference images
- Create, modify, and adjust patterns according to designs and measurements
- Accurately cut fabrics for couture, custom-made, and ready-to-wear garments
- Work confidently with delicate, luxury, and complex fabrics
- Plan fabric layouts efficiently to minimise waste
- Ensure correct garment proportions, fit, balance, and construction
- Conduct fittings and make the necessary pattern and cutting adjustments
- Perform pattern grading and technical corrections
- Prepare clear cutting instructions and coordinate with tailors throughout production
- Monitor the quality and accuracy of cut garment pieces before sewing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Master Cutter in luxury fashion, couture, or custom tailoring
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, fitting, and fabric behaviour
- Ability to work with complex designs and delicate fabrics
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (required)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with designers and tailors
- English proficiency is an advantage
