About the Role
OVO Signature operates a production factory unit in Dubai specialising in luxury evening ready-to-wear and haute couture. We manufacture high-end garments to the highest standards of craft and precision. We are looking for a master-level production professional who can own the full garment process, from first pattern to finished piece while leading the team on the factory floor.
What You’ll Do
Pattern Making — Draft, develop, and grade patterns from design sketches and tech packs; create and adapt blocks across size ranges
Sample Making — Build toiles and first samples for luxury eveningwear and couture styles; attend fittings, assess on stand, and action all corrections until sign-off
Cutting Management — Oversee and personally execute fabric cutting across samples and production runs; handle silk, chiffon, organza, duchess satin, beaded and embellished textiles with precision
Production Management — Plan and manage the daily factory floor; assign tasks, track order progress, meet production deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow from cut to finished garment
Grading — Grade patterns across full size ranges accurately and consistently, maintaining garment integrity at every size
Team Leadership — Lead, train, and supervise a team of tailors, seamstresses, and embroiderers on the factory floor; maintain quality standards and team discipline
What We’re Looking For
7 to 15 years of hands-on experience in a production factory environment specialising in eveningwear, luxury ready-to-wear, bridal, or haute couture Master-level pattern making, cutting, grading, and sample construction skills Deep knowledge of couture and luxury garment construction techniques including boning, hand-stitching, structured bodices, lining, and embellishments Proven experience running and managing a factory production floor Expert handling of luxury and delicate fabrics Highly organised, deadline-driven, and uncompromising on quality
