Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate female massage therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be trained in various massage techniques and committed to providing a high-quality, personalized experience for clients. She should have a strong understanding of anatomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for wellness and healing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences
- Evaluate clients’ physical condition and medical history to tailor massage techniques appropriately
- Explain procedures and discuss client concerns before beginning therapy
- Maintain a clean and relaxing treatment environment
- Follow hygiene, safety, and infection control standards
- Recommend stretching, strengthening, or relaxation techniques for clients’ continued wellness
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes
- Keep massage room equipment clean and stocked
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution
- Valid license (as required by local regulations)
- Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, etc.)
- Minimum [1-2] years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, respectful, and client-focused attitude
- Female candidates only (due to client preference and cultural considerations)
Work Environment:
- Spa, wellness center, clinic, or hotel setting
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
