We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. We prefer candidates who are Thai message experience in the field. The Massage Therapist will work closely with other wellness professionals to deliver high-quality therapeutic services in a serene and relaxing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Massage Therapy:
Perform traditional Thai massages, including deep tissue, stretching, and acupressure techniques.
Assess clients’ individual needs and tailor massage sessions accordingly.
Ensure clients’ comfort and relaxation throughout the massage session.
Provide guidance on post-massage care and wellness practices.
Client Care:
Greet clients and conduct initial consultations to understand their specific needs and health conditions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized massage area.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and provide information about massage services and benefits.
Professional Development:
Stay updated on the latest techniques and developments in Thai massage therapy.
Qualifications:
Education and Certification:
Certification in Thai Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
Additional certifications in related massage techniques are an advantage.
Experience:
Must Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist.
Experience working in a spa or wellness center is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
In-depth knowledge of traditional Thai massage techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and a passion for wellness and client care.
