We are looking for a passionate and experienced Massage therapist to join our award-winning Daylife destination, Aura Skypool. Located on the 50th Floor of the Palm Tower in the St Regis on the Palm, Experience the thrill of swimming in the world’s highest infinity pool with stunning views of Dubai’s skyline. The Massage Therapist is responsible to greet customers and to ensure that all guests receive an amazing Wellness experience at Aura.
Principal Accountabilities
Handle all Guests in a professional, courteous manner and serve as the brand’s first impression to Guests
Perform massage treatments ensuring individualised guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation while maintaining guest’s comfort at all times.
Greet Guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility
Always ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene in designated areas.
Treatment bookings/scheduling
Maintains appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of himself / herself as well as all personnel involved in the wellness activities.
Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Ideal Candidates
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position in spa industry
Fluent in English
Degree in hospitality or related field is preferred and international certificate for massage therapies
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Customer oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face
