A reputable construction company in Sharjah UAE is seeking an experienced Mason to join our team The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry and must be able to work independently and as part of a team This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport and is suitable for students looking for part-time employment
Key Responsibilities
- Lay bricks stones and other building blocks to construct or repair walls arches chimneys and other structures
- Mix cement sand and water to create mortar for building
- Cut and shape bricks or stones using hand tools or power tools
- Align structures using plumb lines and spirit levels
- Repair cracks or damage in existing structures
- Follow blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols on job sites
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport preferred
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position
