Mason / Building Maintenance Technician Jobs in Dubai at Hengameh Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C
The Mason/Painter is responsible for carrying out masonry, tiling, painting, and general finishing works across the company’s managed residential properties. The role involves preparing apartments for handover to new tenants, performing repairs in occupied units, and maintaining the common areas of residential buildings to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out masonry works, including block work, plastering, cement repairs, and minor concrete repairs.
- Install, replace, and repair floor and wall tiles in apartments and common areas.
- Perform interior painting works, including surface preparation, drywall patching, crack repairs, leveling, sanding, priming, and final paint application.
- Prepare apartments for tenant handover by completing all necessary finishing and touch-up works.
- Respond to maintenance requests from occupied apartments and complete repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to tenants.
- Maintain and repair common areas of residential buildings, ensuring a clean and well-presented appearance.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following health and safety procedures.
- Report material requirements, completed work, and any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of U.A.E experience as a Mason or Multi-technician in residential or commercial buildings.
- Strong knowledge of masonry, tiling, plastering, drywall preparation, and interior painting techniques.
- Ability to prepare surfaces correctly, including patching, leveling, sanding, priming, and finishing.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.

Pay: AED1,600.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
