Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic , very energetic , results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving business growth through effective communication and persuasion skills.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
– Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
– Achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
– Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
– Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
– Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
– Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and market trends.
– Maintain accurate records of sales and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements & Skills:
– Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to persuade and influence customers.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
– Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
– Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
– High school diploma; a degree in business or a related field is preferable
