Duties & Responsibilities
Controlling and following up on payroll and HR in close collaboration with daily managers
Reporting to the CFO and collaboration with the finance team
Month-end and year-end closing
Professional advice within payroll and accounting
Accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
Reporting of monthly statements for relevant departments
Contribute to the improvement and streamlining of routines and processes
Ensure good transaction flow and quality of work
Participate in improvement projects, efficiency improvements and routine development
Job Experience
Higher education in economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and accounting
Structured and detail-oriented with strong numerical understanding
Good computer skills
Initiative, independent and improvement-oriented
