About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to set up, launch, and fully manage our brand’s presence. You’ll own the store end-to-end — from account setup and listing creation to advertising, logistics, and ongoing growth. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can work independently and treat the store like their own business.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and configure our Seller Central account (and Brand Registry)
- Build out the storefront, product listings, A+ content, and brand story pages
- Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for search visibility
- Manage inventory planning and coordinate FBA/FBM fulfillment
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
- Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activity
- Handle customer service, reviews, and account health/compliance
- Track and report on KPIs: sales, ACOS/TACOS, conversion rate, and account health metrics
- Recommend and execute growth strategies as the store scales
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Seller Central accounts (please share brands/stores you’ve managed)
- Proven track record of launching new listings and growing sales
- Working knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Brand Analytics
- Experience running and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of FBA vs. FBM and UAE/GCC logistics considerations, a plus
- Excellent written English for listing copy and customer communication
- Self-starter who can manage the account with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
- Experience launching brands specifically on UAE or other GCC marketplaces
- Basic graphic design or ability to brief designers for listing images and A+ content
- Familiarity with UAE trade licensing/import requirements for e-commerce
