We are looking for high level, experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialists (M /
F) who will work with our Africa Work teams as independent Freelancers on IT recruitment assignments.
Mission:
Fully manage recruitment assignments for IT profiles.
Perform headhunting on social networks, Linked In, etc.
Screen and conduct interviews with candidates and assess their skills (hard and soft skills).
Shortlist and pre-select candidates.
Submit pre-selected candidates.
Advantage:
Very high commissions for all successful assignments.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT recruitment assignments.
Proven track record.
Excellent IT knowledge.
Mastery of headhunting techniques, methodology, and recruitment searches.
Must be very organized, rigorous, autonomous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Work as an independent Freelancer.
