ob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our Homecare team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the hospital’s healthcare services, contacting potential patients and corporate clients, generating appointments, and supporting marketing initiatives to increase patient engagement and service utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote the hospital’s medical services, health packages, and wellness programs.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations, health checkups, and specialist services.
- Follow up with patients and corporate clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Generate leads and support marketing campaigns to increase patient registrations.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and the customer care team for appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and patient interactions.
- Achieve monthly marketing and patient acquisition targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling, healthcare marketing, or hospital customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Professional attitude, customer-focused approach, and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages is an added advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
