Marketing Team/Associate (Target Marketer/Maker) Jobs in Dubai at AKARIA Real Estate L.L.C
We are seeking an embedded systems engineer to help us with our IoT platform. Each one of the trucks in our fleet is equipped with an IoT gateway connected to different devices (point of sale, sensors, antennas, etc.).
You will need to deal with software, hardware, and networking issues like:
● Customize and architect UNIX environments.
● Design and implement industrial design for our hardware that makes it as robust as possible reducing the possible point of failure.
● Design the network in our trucks so each device is properly connected and monitored.
This position requires a high degree of autonomy and proactivity. Our trucks are moving all the time (also our business is moving fast) new problems and requirements arise all the time, you would need to propose solutions to those problems and for that, you might need to experiment and test different approaches.
Requirements
● Very good knowledge of the Raspberry Pi ecosystem
● Very good knowledge of the UNIX environment (including advanced tools like opkg and dbus).
● Very good knowledge of at least one scripting language (mainly to configure and automate operating system tasks and procedures).
● Experience with integrated hardware systems. You have architected and worked with at least one hardware design that is running on production used by many customers. It could be in any industry, healthcare, payments, energy, communications, etc.
● Very good knowledge of networking and communication protocols. You know how to build a network in a scalable and secure way.
● DevOps and containers. You have worked with containers and you know how to run them efficiently.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
