Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote the organization’s healthcare services, strengthen brand awareness, and support business growth. The role develops marketing campaigns, manages digital content, coordinates promotional activities, and works with internal stakeholders to increase patient engagement and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community outreach initiatives
- Create and manage content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with clinical, operational, and business development teams to promote healthcare services and organizational initiatives
- Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and patient engagement, and prepare marketing reports
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with branding guidelines, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and marketing analytics is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
