Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies for BTB, BTC, and BTL audiences
- Create presentations, marketing collateral, newsletters, and stakeholder communications
- Manage regular updates and campaigns to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Understand audience needs and tailor content and messaging accordingly
- Drive agency participation, client engagement, and leasing portfolio activity
- Monitor engagement performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure communication aligns with business objectives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement, or Business Development
- Strong content creation, presentation, and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand different stakeholder needs
- Excellent organizational and relationship management abilities
- Experience in real estate is an advantage
