Roles and responsibilities

Oversee and drive marketing campaigns for CME to develop

communication

with existing customers, prospects, and lost customers with relevant messages to ensure the highest response rate and engagement of the targeted segment.

Accountabilities Planning & Budget:

Develop and update CME marketing plan in coordination with the line manager and central Marketing team to ensure alignment with department’s annual budget and plans. Ensure the marketing plans are executed within budget in a timely manner, according to the customer lifecycle

Develop new mechanisms, update & enhance

Customer Relationship

Management processes and marketing strategies to target the relevant segment. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams as subject matter expert to define messages related to customer

being sent through marketing channels.

Direct Marketing Campaigns:

Develop & implement new and relevant digital marketing mechanisms through liaising with business units to achieve their relevant targets, oversee and manage copywriting – English & Arabic to online E-shots, e-newsletters, and direct mailers.

Loyalty Programs:

Acquire new partners and offer mechanisms to enhance retention & acquisition rate of members. Expand the network of partners for benefits program to ensure the program remains appealing to the customer and increases brand loyalty.

Event Management:

Develop and execute relevant events for existing customers in line with the marketing roadmap. Manage the execution of business-to-business events that include principals, management, and dealers.

Reports:

Prepare monthly performance reports for business units detailing campaign performance, highlights potential issues, opportunities, and make recommendations.

Desired candidate profile

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Experience in Event Management and execution of relevant events for existing customers in line with the marketing roadmap.

Ability to prepare monthly performance reports for business units detailing campaign performance, highlights potential issues, opportunities, and make recommendations.

Job Specific Information Marketing Specialist will work closely with CME and central marketing function, catering to a heterogenous segment of customers.

Qualification (e.g. Academic Qualification, Certifications, Licenses)

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing; out of which 2 years should be in marketing campaigns e.g. email, mail, SMS, telemarketing, etc.

Preferred experience in copywriting & CRM agencies.
