We are a French company based in Dubai looking to urgently hire a Transport/ Store In-charge / Inventory Officer.

Duties/Responsibilities
In charge with the full transportation operations
Overseeing the daily maintenance of vehicles in the fleet
Plan and track the transport of materials and workers
To manage information, inventory, handling of materials, and warehousing
Work closely with internal departments, such as procurement
Sends inquiries to suppliers according to the specification
Follow-ups with suppliers for quotes and collection of quotations
Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
Keep stock of inventory, monitor stock levels, identify purchasing needs and manage all operations in the store
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Prepares comparison sheets of quotations received and analyzes it
Maintain proper filing system for all relevant documents
Performs other duties as assigned by superior
Prepares material/ supplier submittals
Requirements and skills
Bachelors Degree or Diploma holder
Preferably with minimum 3-5 years experience in the construction industry
Proven experience working in transportation management and inventory or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management
Should be well known about stock checking, stock keeping and knowledge about stock handling in store
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Attention to detail
Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
