This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined byleadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Job Description

StrategicLeadershipand Innovation

Drive visionary leadershipinstrategic planning, development, and implementation of annual/multi-year marketing plans for KSA clients, enhancing Visa’s client marketing agenda.

Leverage high-impact sponsorship assets, strategic partnerships, and advisory servicesto deliver on Visa’s business priorities, including driving cross-border transactions, growing premium segments, and accelerating eCommerce volumes.

Uncover new market opportunitiesto deliver value-added services to clients and cardholders, driving market penetration and growth.

Spearhead digital marketing transformationto help clients drive a more focused and efficient effort on accelerating customer acquisitions, deepen spends engagement, and improving loyalty and retention rates, leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and data-driven strategies.

Adapt and localize global and regional marketing initiativesto address specific market needs and opportunities, ensuring they resonate and drive engagement within KSA.

Activate global sponsorship and product platform initiativesacross KSA, maximizing their impact and visibility.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

Foster robust,collaborativerelationshipswith internal and external stakeholders, including clients, agency partners, third parties, and the government.

Lead and engage cross-functional teamsto execute client marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy between marketing and business objectives.

Optimize Marketing VIK (Value-in-Kind) plansto deliver on client and Visa objectives, enhance efficiency and deliver maximum client value, leveraging internal and external partnerships.

Qualifications

10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.

Strategic visionary with a strong commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.

Data-driven decision maker capable of leveraging insights to create engaging marketing opportunities and drive strategic outcomes.
