PURPOSE

OVERVIEW   Execute andsupport key marketing activities of Etharas events and alignmentwith new business objectives under the guidance of the Marketing Director  DIRECT REPORTS  None.  CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE  Actively participate in and support campaigns thatreflect and promote Etharas events.  WORKINGCONDITIONS   UAE based with domestic andinternational travel as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

EXPECTED   Bachelors ormasters degree in business marketing or a related field.

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED  5 years ofexperience in marketing roles with a focus on events andentertainment companies / clients.  SOFTSKILLS  Good

communication

and interpersonalskills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and manage multiple priorities. TECHNICAL SKILLS TECHNICAL SKILLS Analyticalmindset with an inclination towards datadriven decisions.  Proficient in Microsoft Office.

DETAILED ROLERESPONSIBILITIES:  Corporate and Events GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist in thedevelopment of marketing strategies for Etharas events ensuringalignment with broader organizational goals.  Support the execution of strategies that drive sales andprofitability for events.

Collaborate with theevent programs department to finetune marketing strategies as perindividual event needs.

Assist in analyzingmarket trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements inmarketing strategies.

Aid in the creation andexecution of marketing campaigns across channels including emailsocial media digital PR and partnerships.  Monitor campaign budgets and ensure timely execution providingregular updates to the Marketing Director  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure events are effectivelypromoted and achieve targeted ticket sales.  Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials andinitiatives.

Coordinate with the salesdepartment to ensure marketing campaigns are in sync with salesobjectives and targets.

Stay informed aboutthe latest trends and best practices in marketing and advertisingespecially within the events industry.

Providenecessary support to the onground marketing team ensuringstreamlined

communication

and coordination with other departmentsand stakeholders.

Assist Marketing Director indevising and refining marketing plans for Etharas events.  Support in tracking and evaluating Etharasevents campaign results suggesting modifications as needed.  Ensure compliance with legal and regulatoryrequirements such as data protection and advertising standards.  Ensure all marketing and communicationsactivities align with Etharas event strategic objectives andcontribute to its overall success.

OTHERRESPONSIBILITIES:  Execute graderequirements according to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) whiledelegating tasks when appropriate.

Ensurecompliance with (i) relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and(ii) the Companys governance structures e.g. Articles of Association DoA policies and procedures trade license requirementsany relevant regulatory requirements.
