We are seeking an experienced CHW (Chilled Water) Pipe Fitter with 5-10 years of experience in the UAE, particularly in interior fit-out and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the installation, maintenance, and repair of chilled water piping systems used in HVAC and building services.
As a CHW Pipe Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining chilled water pipe systems, ensuring they are completed in line with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of Chilled Water Systems:
Install, assemble, and fabricate chilled water pipes and associated components, including fittings, valves, and manifolds, as per project specifications and technical drawings.
Install chilled water piping for HVAC systems, including pumps, fan coil units, and air handling units (AHUs), ensuring correct alignment and secure fittings.
Ensure that chilled water pipes are installed with proper insulation to meet energy efficiency and system performance standards.
Cut, thread, weld, and bend pipes using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to create precise fittings.
Pipe Sizing & Pressure Testing:
Conduct pressure tests on installed chilled water pipes and systems to ensure there are no leaks and that the system is fully functional.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot and repair any faults or leaks in chilled water piping systems, ensuring minimum downtime and fast resolution of issues.
Provide maintenance services for chilled water systems to ensure optimal functioning and extend the life of the system.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and repairs.
Coordination with MEP Team:
Work closely with MEP engineers, supervisors, and other contractors to ensure timely and accurate installation of the chilled water system within the project timeline.
Coordinate with other trades on-site to avoid conflicts in the installation of pipe systems and other building services.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines when working on-site, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure tools and materials are safely stored and handled.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes for the installation of chilled water systems.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with the project’s specifications.
Regularly inspect completed pipework for defects, leaks, or damage, making necessary repairs before system commissioning.
Assist with the final inspection and testing of chilled water systems, ensuring they meet required specifications.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
