Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing customer interactions, and contributing innovative marketing ideas to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales and achieve monthly targets
- Manage customer inquiries professionally across WhatsApp and delivery platforms
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders efficiently
- Develop and implement creative sales and marketing ideas
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (online sales is a strong advantage)
- Experience with delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, and Careem
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and closing skills
- Creative, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Experience with luxury or premium brands is a plus
- Experience in AI tools is a strong advantage
