We need a hands-on executor who can generate leads, support sales, and manage our digital presence. This role combines marketing execution, content creation, and lead generation. The focus is simple: consistent visibility, steady lead flow, and weekly measurable results.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Run and optimise paid ads on Instagram and Google targeting villa owners in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
- Create landing pages and lead magnet PDFs to capture enquiries
- Track leads and support follow-ups with the sales team
- Monitor ad spend vs leads and optimise weekly
Content & Social Media Execution
- Plan, film and edit short-form video content (Reels, stories, project updates)
- Manage Instagram account with minimum 3 posts per week
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style
Website & Project Marketing
- Update company website with projects, photos and content
- Manage weekly project updates for client “Villa Legacy” pages
- Photograph construction milestones on site
Reporting
- Track and report weekly: leads generated, engagement, ad performance, growth metrics
Requirements
- 2–4 years in digital marketing, social media, or lead generation
- Experience running Meta and Google ads (small to medium budgets acceptable)
- Strong video filming and editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable visiting construction sites for content creation
- Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or similar)
- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Based in Al Ain or willing to relocate
