Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional with experience in the higher education sector. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, with a proven track record in student recruitment, institutional partnerships, and marketing strategies for universities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Student Recruitment:
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to increase enrollment.
Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and counselors.
Represent the university at education fairs, schools, and corporate events.
Collaborate with admission teams to enhance conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
Marketing & Branding:
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Develop Arabic and English content for brochures, websites, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector.
Enhance the university’s brand positioning in the MENA region.
Partnership Development:
Establish partnerships with schools, businesses, and government entities for student referrals.
Work with academic departments to promote specialized programs.
Develop sponsorship and collaboration opportunities for university initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Utilize CRM and analytics tools to improve engagement and recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales/marketing within a university or education sector.
Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and student recruitment strategies.
Knowledge of higher education admission processes and market trends in the MENA region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
