About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to oversee the flow of

marketing projects across our brands. This role will act as the main

coordination point between the Marketing/Creative team, business units,

internal departments, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered

clearly, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and follow up on all

marketing projects across different brands and business units.

Act as the

main point of coordination between Marketing/Creative, business teams,

agencies, and other departments.

Build and

maintain project trackers, timelines, priorities, and status updates.

Ensure all

project requirements, briefs, owners, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly

defined.

Follow up

with designers, copywriters, content owners, and stakeholders to keep projects

moving.

Identify

blockers early and escalate when needed.

Coordinate

meetings, reviews, approvals, and feedback cycles.

Prepare

regular updates and summaries on project progress.

Support

the team in improving workflows, planning, and communication between functions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in project management, marketing

operations, account management, or a similar coordination role.

Strong

organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same

time.

Excellent

communication skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to

work with creative, marketing, business, and external teams.

Strong

attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Ability to

follow up, push projects forward, and keep stakeholders aligned.

Comfortable

working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Good

understanding of marketing, content, creative production, and social media

workflows.

Skills That Set You Apart

Experience

managing cross-functional marketing projects.

Familiarity

with tools such as Trello, Notion, Asana, Monday.com,

Google Workspace, or similar platforms.

Ability

to create clear timelines, trackers, and project status reports.

Strong

problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding

of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, video, and

social media.

Ability

to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-moving projects.

Proactive

attitude and strong follow-up discipline.
