Responsibilities
- Supplier Management
- Communicate with print houses and suppliers to obtain quotations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing and terms as necessary.
- Event Coordination
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external marketing events.
- Attend events on-site to oversee implementation and coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Support
- Support the marketing team with various projects and assignments as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with team members, including graphic designers and digital marketers, to develop cohesive marketing materials and campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to collaborative efforts.
- Printing Process Oversight
- Follow up on the printing process to ensure that all printed materials meet specifications and deadlines.
- Address any issues that arise during production and coordinate solutions.
- Communication
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed to support marketing efforts.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing records, tracking budgets, and managing schedules.
- Prepare reports on project progress and supplier performance as required.
- Adaptability
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks and responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
