The Amazon Fresh team is looking for an execution-driven manager to lead marketing and merchandising for the UFG product. As a Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end marketing and prime customer engagement for the program. The scope of the role is to drive growth of the service in UAE and KSA, scale prime customer penetration, and influence retention/frequency of shopping. The role owns the content experience across all customer touchpoints both on-site and off-site.
This includes content ideation, customer acquisition and retention planning, and development, with a high degree of complexity and responsibility.
Key to success will be the ability to utilize customer insight and data to develop relevant editorial content, marketing programs, design customer cohort tests, and quickly double down on successful programs. The individual must excel in managing cross-functional efforts and partnering with product teams, customer experience, analytics, marketing, and traffic teams.

Strategy & Planning
Create marketing strategy for Fresh business
Develop annual/quarterly marketing plans
Set KPIs and growth targets
Budget planning and allocation
Performance tracking and optimization
Customer Growth & Acquisition
Drive customer acquisition strategy
Understand customer behavior and cohorts
Design and execute promotional campaigns
Manage customer retention programs
Analyze and improve customer lifetime value
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key business metrics
Analyze campaign performance
Track ROI on marketing spend
Create executive-level reports
Identify growth opportunities through data
Campaign Management
Execute multi-channel campaigns
Manage seasonal events and promotional calendar
Oversee creative direction
Product Marketing & Branding
Develop strategies for new product launches
Plan category expansion and seasonal promotions
Highlight Fresh-specific value propositions
Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with retail, operations, tech, finance, PR teams
Engage with senior leadership
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables)
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer research, data, and metrics to forecast and evaluate marketing efficacy
Experience with email, web, analytics, and CRM tools (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, and reporting
