We are a Tourism company looking for well presentable bartender for our company with 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly first impression.
Took full responsibility for the opening and closing of the bar, following standard operating procedures.
Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks according to company recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
Monitor daily inventory levels and maintain records of drinks in high demand.
Attend staff meetings, including pre-shift (line-up) sessions, as required.
Comply with all laws, company policies, and procedures regarding alcohol service, and notify the manager if continued service is questionable.
Prepare and serve drinks ordered by food and beverage servers according to approved recipes.
Ensure all orders are correctly billed through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Promptly report any guest complaints to the manager or person in charge.
Notify management in advance of daily purchase requirements for fruits, vegetables, alcohol, and other necessary items to avoid operational disruptions.
Wear the appropriate uniform provided by the company at all times.
Consistently follow beverage and revenue control procedures for both the Desert Lounge and Camp operations.
Bid farewell to guests and invite them to return.
Set up the outdoor bar for DTT events.
Assist with event operations, overnight operations, and bespoke operations as needed.
Complete additional work assignments as requested by management.
Clean and securely lock the bar area according to prescribed procedures.
Assist overnight camping groups as required.
Willing to work long hours when necessary.
Important: Must be willing to reside in camp accommodation.
Requirements and skills:
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,700.00 per month
