Hermas Car Rental, an emerging car rental company in the UAE, seeks a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. We offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment where you can leverage your UAE market expertise to build strong client relationships and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective Leadership to the staff for prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
Develop a deep understanding of Hermas Car Rental fleet and services to present solutions that meet customer needs confidently.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience for all clients.
Maintain accurate rental agreements and customer information.
Build and nurture relationships with the subordinates for the smooth and positive communication in the office
Build and nurture relationships with key clients within your established UAE network.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the UAE market.
Contribute to the development and implementation of local sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in car rental Sales Executive within the UAE market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
