Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide personalized styling advice and build lasting relationships with customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and effective selling techniques.
Manage inventory, including restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and conducting regular inventory checks.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and campaigns.
Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in ladies’ apparel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
A keen eye for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
