Key Responsibilities:
Internal Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal branding strategy that aligns with the company’s overall brand vision and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and communicate the company’s core values, mission, and brand promise to employees.
Brand Training and Education:
Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on the company’s brand values, voice, and visual identity.
Provide ongoing support and resources to help employees become brand ambassadors.
Internal Branding Materials:
Oversee the creation of internal branding materials, including presentations, newsletters, intranet content, and other communication tools.
Ensure all internal materials reflect the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, Corporate Communications, and other departments to integrate branding into various aspects of the employee experience.
Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support internal branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or internal communications, with a focus on internal branding, automotive experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of brand strategy and employee engagement principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire employees at all levels.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful internal branding campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month
