We are hiring Sr. Interior designer for one of our clients based in UAE.
The individual will need to be highly creative and detail-oriented to lead and execute high-end commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, project management, and client relations, ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistency.
Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with project goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, material selections, and 3D renderings.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address design-related challenges.
Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies.
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and design teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in hospitality, or commercial interior design.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and spatial planning.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
