We are seeking a dynamic and experienced European individual to join our team as a Project Co-ordinator.
Key Responsibilities –
1. Overseeing conduct of all activities and follow up with project managers and report to the project director.
2. Maintaining proper coordination between projects and our factory along with project managers and director.
3. Follow up on the commercial part (payments & invoicing) of the projects as per the project director’s instruction.
4. Ensuring appropriate monitoring, documentation and evaluation of the projects.
5. Check with the procurement for the status of the ordered LPO’s.
6. Controlling the project payment with Project Managers & Accounts.
7. Work closely and build positive relationships with project partners and provide support & assistance.
8. Maintain good relations with our clients and coordinate with the project director.
Requirements –
1. Any graduation.
2. 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Must be present in UAE.
4. Immediate joiner preferred.
