Marketing Manager Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at Powder Beauty
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused ecommerce Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing operations of our beauty ecommerce platform. This role will oversee brand marketing, campaign planning, content creation, and digital performance across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and experienced in managing a small team.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the retail promotions calendar, ensuring alignment with brand launches, campaigns, and sales targets
Oversee marketing KPIs across paid media, email, Whats App, influencer, and events
Manage the junior marketing team for collaborations and execution of activations
Write and manage briefs for digital creatives, UGC content, email campaigns, and performance marketing ads
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Oversee product launch marketing and co-funded activities with suppliers
Oversee online loyalty programs, promotional codes, and gifting campaigns
Qualifications
4+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or fashion
Proven track record managing KPIs across channels like email, paid ads, affiliates, and content
Experience managing direct reports and remote freelancers or interns
Strong understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and marketing analytics tools
Excellent project management, briefing, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and wear multiple hats
Arabic proficiency is a bonus
Based in Jeddah (preferred), Dubai or Riyadh
