Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients among founders and senior leaders, reach out to them, and manage first conversations with care and discretion
- Manage and follow up on client accounts from first contact through to delivery, keeping projects clear and running smoothly
- Craft content for our clients—copy, positioning, and tone of voice—that reflects their executive identity and composed presence
- Build and run Moona’s marketing: content, digital presence, and outreach that reflect the brand’s refined tone
- Support positioning and awareness campaigns that grow recognition without disturbing the brand’s quiet character
