1. Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and implement strategies that focus on achieving measurable business outcomes (ROI) through various channels like SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, etc.
Market & Competitive Research: Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and the client’s industry to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to craft better and more competitive strategies.
Campaign Planning & Optimization: Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance.

2. Proposal & Presentation Creation:

Craft Tailored Proposals: Prepare compelling, data-driven proposals for potential clients by outlining the scope of work, timeline, goals, and expected ROI. Provide a breakdown of the digital marketing plan and how it differentiates from competitors.
Create Client Presentations: Develop professional, engaging presentations to explain strategies, report performance, and discuss ongoing project progress. The presentations should include industry insights, case studies, and measurable KPIs to assure clients of the value of the services provided.
Offer Solutions to Client Pain Points: Identify challenges faced by the client and create customized digital marketing solutions that directly address those issues.

3. ROI Measurement & Reporting:

Ensure ROI for Clients: Constantly track, measure, and optimize campaigns to ensure that the client achieves their desired return on investment. Present clear metrics, data, and performance reports to demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts.
Create Detailed Reports: Prepare monthly or quarterly reports, presenting campaign results, KPIs, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
Client Education: Guide clients on understanding the value of the digital marketing efforts and the relationship between campaign metrics and ROI.

4. Client Communication & Relationship Management:

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing-related inquiries, providing regular updates and maintaining strong client relationships.
Build Trust & Confidence: Regularly engage with clients to reassure them of progress, strategy changes, and results. Provide transparency and build trust with the client through clear communication.
Negotiate with Clients: Be able to articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the agency’s services to successfully negotiate contract terms and pricing.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead a Cross-Functional Team: Collaborate with other teams (design, content, development, SEO specialists, etc.) to ensure that campaigns are executed seamlessly and effectively.
Mentor & Guide Team Members: Lead and support junior team members in achieving project goals, and ensure they are equipped to manage client expectations and results.

6. Budget Management & Optimization:

Budget Planning & Allocation: Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget for each client. Ensure that the budget is allocated effectively across various channels to maximize ROI.
Cost-Effective Marketing Solutions: Constantly evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies or budget allocations as needed.

7. Competitor & Market Analysis:

Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor the digital marketing strategies of competitors and the market landscape. Offer insight into how to outperform competitors and present clients with an edge in their industry.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Continual Learning & Innovation:

Industry Research: Keep up with the latest digital marketing best practices, tools, algorithms, and updates in social media platforms and search engines.
Experiment with New Channels & Tactics: Constantly look for new marketing tactics, tools, and trends that could benefit clients and help stay ahead of competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
