Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, and promotional platforms.
- Create and implement marketing plans for restaurant launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with operations and business teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to improve marketing strategies.
- Manage social media content, branding activities, and external marketing partnerships.
- Monitor competitors and market trends within the restaurant industry.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective campaign performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the Restaurant / F&B industry.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand development.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and external partners.
