Our FinTech client in Dubai is looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and social media growth. This role requires a strategic and data-driven marketer with a strong track record of delivering measurable business results through integrated marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Proven ability to deliver measurable growth in customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance
- Experience developing and executing social media and brand marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels
- Own and grow the company's social media presence, including content strategy, audience engagement, and community management
- Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and optimize the customer journey and marketing funnel to improve conversion and retention
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to support business objectives and go-to-market initiatives
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or technology companies
Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer lifecycle marketing.
