Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Lead with a strong commercial mindset to drive the execution of marketing initiatives for the dermo cosmetics portfolio across Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the local implementation of regional marketing strategies, adapting them to the Saudi market
- Own and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI
- Drive execution excellence across campaigns, ensuring timelines, quality, and performance
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales objectives
- Focus on pharmacy channel development, optimizing visibility, activation, and engagement
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans based on market insights and results
- Act as the key local marketing point of contact, coordinating with regional and distributor teams
- Ensure strong control and follow-up on all marketing activities with a hands-on approach
Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- 5-8+ years in marketing roles, ideally with exposure to commercial or sales function
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, dermocosmetics, or FMCG preferred
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
