Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both marketing and customer service
, providing exposure to campaign planning, social media, client communication, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building strong relationships with clients while contributing creative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and help prepare marketing reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally across various communication channels.
- Support customer service activities by ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time.
- Assist in organizing events, activations, and promotional initiatives when required.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to support the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required (spoken and written).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
