Job Purpose

The Head of Marketing and Intelligence will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand and commercial activities. This role involves leading the marketing and market research teams to ensure consistency in branding, effective marketing campaigns, and insightful market analysis. The Director will drive the integration of marketing strategies with the overall commercial objectives of DAMMAM AIRPORTS , ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement and cost return in marketing efforts.

Position Accountability Description

Strategic Leadership:

  1. Develop and implement a unified branding strategy for DAMMAM AIRPORTS , ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  2. Drive strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s commercial activities and market presence.
  3. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and branding efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Marketing and Branding Excellence:

  1. Oversee the creation and management of branding guidelines, providing clear instructions for logo usage, color schemes, and visual identity.
  2. Direct the design and production of commercial marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
  3. Manage the development and management of digital marketing assets, including the website, social media profiles, and email campaigns.
  4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote DAMMAM AIRPORTS 's brand and services to prospective commercial partners.
  5. Collaborate with advertising agencies and creative teams to produce compelling and effective branding and marketing content.
  6. Organize and participate in commercial events, trade shows, and related industry conferences to promote DAMMAM AIRPORTS .

  2. Continuously assess and improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, where feedback and ideas for improvement are actively sought and implemented.

Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree: In Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a management or leadership role.
