Maxplus Exhibition & Events is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team.
Important: We are looking only for candidates with proven experience in the exhibition stand industry. Applicants without exhibition industry experience will not be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and converting inquiries into exhibition stand projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact exhibitors and potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Generate new business for exhibition stand design and build projects.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and maintain lead records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure timely proposal submissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the exhibition stand industry (Mandatory).
- Previous experience with an exhibition stand contractor or exhibition company.
- Strong experience in telecalling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales conversion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- UAE exhibition industry experience is highly preferred.
